If you know a family with children aged 0-6, you need to let them know about our EarlyON Child and Family Centres! With six locations throughout the city at various Ottawa Catholic elementary schools, this free program is an excellent way for little ones to get ready for Kindergarten!
Bright clean spaces with learning materials
When parents or caregivers visit our EarlyON centres with their little ones, they can expect to participate in fun learning activities that give the child a sense of the Kindergarten experience. It’s a great opportunity to help kids prepare for the full-day Kindergarten experience because they’re participating in play-based learning, but with the support and presence of their parent or caregiver.
Bring your babies and toddlers too!
While Kindergarten-readiness is an important portion of this program, our EarlyON Centres are also a place for resources, community and space for children and adults to socialize. We look forward to welcoming all little ones from 0 to 6.
Passionate educators eager to support families
The staff at our EarlyON centres are friendly and caring educators who will support and encourage through this rich and engaging learning experience. We reached out to Corina Manasseri and Tracy Knowles from St. Elizabeth EarlyON to tell us what they love most about the program and here is what they said:
“We both love being educators. We enjoy connecting with families as school ambassadors as well as facilitating play in our community.”
