Find Out How to Access Our School Facilities
The Ottawa Catholic School Board provides access to school facilities to promote physical activities for youth, adult fitness programs, and nationally recognized not-for-profit fundraising organizations. School facilities, such as gymnasiums, libraries, cafeterias and classrooms, are available to the public on school operating days when a caretaker is scheduled to be on duty. Please take time to read our Rules and Regulations for Community Use of Schools and the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document.

The Ottawa Catholic School Board uses an electronic application process for the Community Use of Schools. Permits and bookings are made through eBay, which is a software that lets you view school site availability and create and edit permits easily. The eBase system allows you to make payments online using a credit card. The payments are based on the actual usage at the end of each month. This helps us process permits faster. Permit insurance is also available online if needed. Please note that proof of insurance will be required before your permit can be approved.
Step 1: Check out our Fee Schedule, then watch the introductory video to get started.
Step 2: When accessing eBase, create a username and password to begin submitting applications directly to the school you would like to use.
Step 3: Once your permit has been processed, OR if we cannot grant your request, you will be notified by email.
