Blessed Carlo Virtual school has a new official school logo, and we’re excited to share it with the Ottawa Catholic School Board family! This month one year ago, we announced that OCSB’s first permanent virtual elementary school would be named after Blessed Carlo Acutis– an inspiring young man who battled Leukemia from a young age. Blessed Carlo was known as a boy with a strong faith who loved to code and built a website tracking Eucharistic miracles.
About the Blessed Carlo logo
The new logo mirrors the St. Josephine Virtual High School logo, while giving the nod to Blessed Carlo by incorporating visual elements of the Catholic faith and a computer screen. The intentional cross at the logo’s center with eager learners gathered together in the shape of a monstrance reflects how our virtual elementary school is unified in celebrating faith, learning and community.
