OCSB Students Helping Ukraine Through Their Love of Art

Seventy, All Saints High School Visual Arts students are making a difference one mixed-media art piece at a time. The students created the art to raise awareness and donations for the Canada Ukraine Foundation (Charity Registration: 898992151RR0001), which provides humanitarian relief for the people of Ukraine.

Student Art Making A Difference at Home and Ukraine

All Saint Educators say this project benefits students in more ways than one. The artwork allows students to research, reflect, question and act on war as discerning believers and lifelong learners. This is an example of Deep Learning is which is practiced in all Ottawa Catholic School Board schools. Deep Learning creates an environment where students are encouraged to connect authentic experiences to what they are learning in school.

Your Donation Will Have a Direct Impact

The top 70 donations will receive one of the art pieces with a certificate of authenticity. The funds raised will provide food, medical supplies, and immediate need to the refugees, displaced persons, and victims. Please consider donating or sharing this campaign with your community.
