Friday Feeling | Thanksgiving and Fall Fun

For this week’s #ocsbFridayFeeling, we give thanks for the wonderful teaching staff that our Board is blessed to have. Teachers took full advantage of the beautiful Fall weather and wonderful colours of the season to help students create crafts, write about gratitude and there was even a math lesson or two. Happy Thanksgiving!

Lots of smiling happy teachers at St. Michael School Ottawa as they were shown how appreciated they are on World Teacher Day.

Profound thoughts of thanks from a grateful student at St. Martin de Porres School.

St. Daniel School students were blessed with perfect weather to enjoy their Thanksgiving liturgy outside.

The St. Gregory School students get busy writing about what they are grateful for.

These students from St. Luke School Nepean are thankful for the colour of October.

It was fun to sort and graph the many colourful Fall leaves found in the yard at St. Philip School.

The St. Kateri Tekakwitha School students took what they found on a walk and turned it into a math lesson.

Reading a book led to building play structures for the students at St. Michael Fitzroy School.  Future engineers maybe?

Grateful for outdoor gym and some extra time on the playground at Prince of Peace School.
