Virtually Christmas by OCSB Chamber Choir

Although our choirs cannot sing together in-person this year, they are singing virtually! This Christmas season, the OCSB Chamber Choir recorded a new piece of music, “Virtually Christmas,” composed by Damon Brown and arranged by Steve Shanley.

The OCSB Chamber Choir consists of students from all our high schools and rehearses every Monday evening online from the safety of their home while Carla MacGregor, Tony Dunn, and Conor George broadcast from St. Basil’s Church to lead the choir.

To create this festive video, the students filmed themselves from home, the audio was mixed by Colin Williamson and Conor George edited the video. Enjoy the video below, along with two other songs they filmed, “Personent Hodie” and “Medieval Gloria.”

Absolutely brilliant. Congratulations to all involved. “When the going gets tough,
The tough get going”.
Virtually an outstanding endeavour!
Merry Christmas!
