The Ottawa Catholic School Board’s Continuing & Community Education offers exciting Christmas Break 1-Day Camps on January 3, 2025! We invite students from all school boards to join us for a day of learning, playing, and exploring through various fun-filled sports activities.
Busy Minds Education® Winter Camp
- Ages: 4 – 13 years
- Time: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (Pre-camp 8:00 am – 8:30 am; Post-camp 4:30 pm – 5:00 pm)
- Location: Sacred Heart Catholic High School (Stittsville) & St. Peter High School (Orléans)
Busy Minds Education® offers an exciting winter camp experience that combines a full day of fun and games with activities designed to foster mindfulness and self-awareness. Our camp emphasizes the power of deep, mindful breathing to help reduce stress, enhance focus, and boost overall well-being. Through engaging activities, we teach campers how breathwork can strengthen both body and mind, making for a fun and meaningful winter camp experience. We can’t wait to share these valuable skills with our campers at Busy Minds Education®!
GAME ON Christmas Break Sports Camp
- Ages: 7 – 13 years
- Time: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (Pre-camp 8:30 am – 9:00 am; Post-camp 4:00 pm – 4:30 pm)
- Location: Frank Ryan Intermediate School (Nepean)
The goal of GAME ON is for campers to actively participate in a variety of sports with a focus on fun! As a one-day camp, we will play a variety of sports throughout the day. Professional, sport-specific instruction will be provided by Physical Education educators to develop and improve fundamental movement skills.
What to expect at an OCSB Camp
