OCSB Connect is a service that allows Grade 7 to 12 students to submit anonymous tips on incidents of bullying, student safety, and crime to school staff. This service, which was requested by our students, strives to make our schools safer and more welcoming by providing students with a tool that allows them to report bullying incidents without putting their own safety at risk.
If a student feels unsafe at school, is worried about a friend or classmate, or wants to report something but feels unsure about going to the office, please contact OCSB Connect.

What is the Safe Schools Reporting Tool?
There are many people in your school who can help! You can speak with an educator, a guidance counselor, the vice-principal, and so many others. Using this reporting tool is not a replacement for talking to a teacher, but it is another way to get help.
Who Can Make a Report?
This reporting tool is for students who are in Grades 7-12 at the Ottawa Catholic School Board. Reports can be made during the school year (not during summer).
When Will Someone Respond?
An administrator will respond to the report when the form is received during the school day. If the form is submitted in the evening or on a weekend, it will not be seen until the next school day. Remember, the more information you provide, the more we can help.
*Please note that the form is NOT for use during the summer.
Is it Anonymous?
Yes! The reporting tool is completely anonymous, unless you choose to provide information so that you can be contacted. Please note that if someone is in danger or at risk of harm, we will do everything we can to help, which may include trying to find out who made the report.
