This week’s #ocsbFridayFeeling reminded us that every learning adventure comes with new paths to explore and moments worth celebrating. What stood out most was how students supported one another along the way.
Older students teamed up with Kindergarten partners, guiding them through play, reading and discovery. Their kindness showed how powerful it can be to have someone walk beside you as you try something new. On the volleyball court, teamwork shone just as brightly. Players encouraged one another through every rally, proving that determination grows stronger when a group works toward a shared goal.
Students tackled lively math games in the classroom, created vibrant artwork, prepared for Advent, and built robots in STEM sessions. Each project unfolded like a ‘choose your own adventure’ story, where classmates supported one another as they imagined, problem-solved, and persevered.
Across every grade, we were reminded that the journey is richer when it is shared. With teamwork, confidence grows, challenges feel lighter, and every student discovers new places they can go.
