We’re delighted to announce the opening of a new Catholic elementary school in Riverside South, approved by the Ottawa Catholic School Board. Starting September 2024, the New Riverside South Elementary School will cater to students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 6. As part of this development, boundary revisions will be made to St. Jerome and St. Leonard elementary schools, along with St. Francis Xavier and St. Mark high secondary schools.
Major Changes Coming to the Riverside South Area
- The New Riverside South elementary school will offer a comprehensive education for JK to Grade 6 students.
- Students residing within the approved boundary will be relocated to the new school.
