On Thursday, August 13, the Minister of Education released changes to its Guide to reopening Ontario’s schools. The announcement will have a significant impact on our Board’s Return to School Plans. The proposed government changes can be found in the Policy/Program Memorandum (PPM).
We will update our OCSB Back to School Information Package for Parents and Students and our Back to School Plan – A Resource for Parents as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work as quickly as we can to provide updated answers.
While we review this, we still need parents to complete the online form by Friday, August 14 (midnight). If significant changes are made to our Back to School Plan, parents will have an opportunity to change their decision before school begins.
