The 2024 Catholic Education Week Mass, presided over by the Most Reverend Archbishop Marcel Damphousse, occurred on Tuesday, May 7, at the historic Notre Dame Cathedral Basilica.
This year, our theme, “We Are Called to Love,” draws inspiration from the powerful words of 1 John 4:12: “If we love one another, God lives in us.”
Following the mass, the Director of Education Commendation Awards were presented. This award is the highest honour given to employees who make an outstanding contribution to the Ottawa Catholic School Board.
