Register Today for Summer School 2021!
The Ottawa Catholic School Board (OCSB) is now accepting registration for Summer School 2021. Our course offerings are open to all learners from all school boards. You don’t have to be an OCSB student to take advantage of these exciting summer learning opportunities.
Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until classes are full. The deadline to register is June 28, 2021. All classes are conditional upon sufficient enrolment and are subject to cancellation or transfer to an alternate location.
Students currently attending a high school must have their summer school registration approved by their home school. You can register by one of the following methods:
- You can register online (below) or through your Student Service Department.
- If completing a hard copy, registration forms must be signed by the day school principal or designate (this is not applicable if you are registering online).
For more information on the Summer School programs listed below, view our Summer School flyer.
Reach Ahead Courses
Reach Ahead Courses will be offered online through a combination of both online synchronous (live teaching online) and asynchronous (independent learning) instruction. The courses are teacher-supported and enable students to obtain a full credit towards their high school diploma. It is expected that students be online for the synchronous portion of the course. Students will need access to a computer device and reliable internet throughout the day. Students who require a computer device will need to make arrangements with their home school. Students can only enrol in one Reach Ahead course.
Reach Ahead Courses will run from July 2 to July 23, 2021, 8:30 am to 4:10 pm.
Please be advised that if you signed up for a Day School Reach-Ahead course, it will now be taught online.
