Register for an OCSB school
The Ottawa Catholic School Board welcomes families of all faiths. Our schools offer innovative programming; engaging learning spaces and dedicated educators.
How to register
After submitting the registration form, our Admissions office will process your registration and forward the information to the school. This process may take a couple of business days. You will be contacted by the school administration regarding a start-date for your child. Please note that if you are only interested in registering your child for a virtual program, your child will be placed on a waiting list.
Call our Family Welcome Centre to make a registration appointment. Our staff will help you with the entire registration process. 613-233-5670.
Welcome families of all faiths
Children who are baptized Catholic or have a parent that is baptized are automatically eligible to attend one of our schools. Students of all other faiths are also eligible as long as we have space in the school. At this time, all of our schools have space to welcome non-Catholic children.
To complete our registration process, we must verify the following documents in person before the end of October. When schools reopen, we will contact you to do this.
- Proof of age (one of the following): birth certificate, baptismal certificate, passport, immigration documents (health card not accepted)
- Proof of address (one of the following): rental or purchase agreement, utility bill, bank or credit card statement (driver’s licence not accepted)
- When applicable: Roman Catholic Baptismal certificate, Allergy/medication form, Guardianship Declaration
