Your kid-approved “Welcome to Kindergarten” package is coming to a mailbox near you! All you have to do is register for Kindergarten before midnight on Friday, March 31, 2023. Delivery of the Kindergarten packages is scheduled for later this spring. We can’t wait to welcome you and your child to our OCSB family.
Your Child’s Welcome to Kindergarten Package is Reserved if you have Registered by March 31
To ensure your child gets a fun-filled welcome to Kindergarten package, make sure your child is registered at their local Ottawa Catholic school by Friday, March 31. Kindergarten Registration is always open, but to ensure your child receives a welcome package, they must register by March 31.
If you already registered your child for Kindergarten for the 2023-2024 school year, your little learner’s package will be in the mail soon!
What’s in the Welcome Package?
- An activity book – we’ve made a colouring book filled with activities to spark your child’s imagination.
- Self-laminating labels – we’ve included a set of custom Canadian-made labels for your child’s lunch boxes, water bottles and other personal belongings.
- A sticker – for your child to wear and proudly announce they are ready for Kindergarten.
- A selfie sign – share your child’s enthusiasm with us! Using their selfie sign – tag @OttCatholicSB on social media and use our hashtag #ocsbReady.
