Make sure you get a Welcome to Kindergarten package!

Don’t miss out on our kid-approved “Welcome to Kindergarten” package. Coming to a mailbox near you– this spring! All you need to do to make sure your child receives one is register for Kindergarten before midnight on Friday, March 11, 2022.

If you already registered your child for in-person or virtual Kindergarten for the 2022-2023 school year, you are all set! Your little learner’s package will be in the mail soon! Starting school is an exciting time and we are excited to welcome you to our OCSB family. School starts September 2022– let the countdown begin!

What’s in the welcome package?

  • An activity book with crayons – we’ve made a colouring book filled with activities and pages for your child to engage their creative mind.
  • Self-laminating labels – labels are a Kindergarten parent’s best friend, so we’re gifting you a set of custom Canadian-made labels to get you started.
  • A sticker and a selfie sign – since we can’t see you in person yet, we still want to see your child’s excitement! Share your photos online by tagging @OttCatholicSB in your post and using our hashtag #ocsbReady

Register by March 11 to get your package

To make sure your child gets a welcome to Kindergarten package, make sure your child is registered at their Ottawa Catholic school by Friday, March 11, 2021. You can still register your child for school after that date, we just can’t guarantee they will receive a welcome package.
