

The Purchasing division of this department is responsible for the procurement of supplies, services, furniture and equipment required by the Board. Staff also provide guidance and support to schools and administrative departments in the selection and acquisition of furniture, equipment, supplies and services.
The Administrative Services division ensures efficient and timely operation of mail services, as well as ensuring that the Board schools and departments are well served in the areas of central printing services. Our administrative staff in this division ensures that the public is provided with exceptional and courteous reception services at all times.

All opportunities from the Purchasing and Administrative Services Department are advertised electronically on the MERX website.
