The preschool resource programs are operated by the Ottawa Catholic Child Care Corporation. The Child Care Corporation is a non-profit organization, facilitation by the Ottawa Catholic School Board's Early Learning Services Department, that operates licensed child care programs. It has a seven member Board of Directors made up of parents, community members and Ottawa Catholic School Board representatives.

The preschool resource programs offer a caring, relaxed atmosphere where child care providers, parents and young children (birth to 6 years) can enjoy a variety of activities. The programs offer an opportunity for adults with children to meet while interacting with the children in their care. A toy and resource library with a large selection of toys, books and videos are available for loan. The programs also offer a wide range of daytime training and evening workshops. Experienced , professional staff are available for support and referral regarding issues related to child development.
