Board Meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month during the regular school year, from September to June. All meetings take place in the Boardroom of the Catholic Education Centre (CEC) at 570 West Hunt Club Road in Nepean. Board meeting agendas are posted to this website on the Monday before each regularly scheduled Board meeting. After each meeting, our Communications Department produces the Boardroom Spotlight, an online news blog which summarizes major Board decisions for quick reference. Delegations / Public and Ratepayers' Session

The Board of Trustees welcomes constructive public input into its deliberations at delegation and Catholic ratepayer sessions. The Delegation Session is held at the regular Meetings of the Board. Each request for a delegation must be made in writing to the Board Services Department, by 12:00 pm (noon) of the Tuesday prior to the Board meeting. The correspondence must state the following: a) the reasons for the delegation; b) the organization of individuals to be represented; and c) the name and address of each spokesperson. Each delegation is provided a maximum of ten (10) minutes in length, including questions of clarification from Board trustees. Please address the correspondence to the following:

Ratepayers wishing to address the Board may do so during the ratepayers' session at the regular Meetings of the Board. A sign-up sheet will be provided for ratepayers to register prior to the start of the Board meeting. Each ratepayer is provided five (5) minutes for the presentation. In recognition of our Catholic values, and in view of established standards of decorum, civility and propriety, guidelines have been instituted to promote an atmosphere of dignity and respect in all Board public sessions. Guests will be informed of the proper procedures before the session.
